Are children allowed at the wedding?

We know there will be a lot of you with children wondering this. Whilst we love all your little ones we are trying to keep this mainly a child free wedding. 
However, we understand there has been a baby boom this year and there will be some of you with babies under 6 months. We appreciate you may need to bring these very young ones with you, if this is the case please get in touch with us (a paid baby sitting service may also be available on site).

Can I bring a plus one to the wedding?

What is the RSVP deadline, and how do I respond?

Please RSVP by 1st June 2026 by clicking on the button at the top or bottom of the website which will link you to our RSVP page where you can indicate which days you are coming for and if you have any dietary requirements.

What is the dress code?

For the Saturday (Wedding day) Normal wedding attire - Suits with ties and Dresses - hats are not mandatory but if you want to channel your inner godfather then go for it!

For the Sunday - Casual wear - if the weather is on our side we are hoping to do a bit of a pool party and some sports/games so bring a towel, your swimwear and trainers!

Will transportation be provided to the wedding venue?

For those staying at the venue on the Friday please organise your own transport.

For off site guests we will be organising a shuttle to transport you to and from the venue to local accommodation on the SATURDAY. However, if you are staying further afield you may need to organise your own transport, please let us know if you have any queries about this.

For the Sunday event please make your own way to/from the venue.

There is lots of parking available on site.

If getting a taxi from Perugia area to the venue there is a taxi company called Perugia Taxi (www.perugiataxi.it/en/) - you can book via whatsapp on +393762314678 or download their app or ask your accommodation to arrange bookings for you. There also is a small but limited Uber service.

Will parking be available at the wedding venue?

Yes! There is plenty of parking at the venue if you want to drive or leave a car overnight.

Are there alternative accommodation options nearby?

Yes ! Please see the travel and stay section for some suggestions from our venue. 
Alternatively have a look on booking.com or google for places to stay in an around the venue or in Perugia.

Will vegetarian or special dietary meals be available at the wedding?

Yes, please let us know of any dietary requirements with your RSVP through clicking the button at the top or bottom of the page.
